DAPF TECH e.K. has a 100% transparent system for dealing with direct and indirect personal data. And that since 2004. The requirements of the GDPR we exceed the fact that we save only an absolute minimum of personal data as far as the legislature stops us for safekeeping and evidence. We never share personal or business information with third parties or publish them unless the client wishes to share them for a specific purpose.
All at DAPF TECH e.K. and related service marks, regardless of their nature, will only be used for the purpose of fulfilling the contract and will not be disclosed to third parties. Data is stored only within the scope of the order fulfillment and within the legal retention periods. This concerns invoices and non-erasable data such as information transmitted to us by bank transfer or PayPal payments from the payment service provider.
We do not create and send any newsletters or promotional emails. Should we subsequently contact you, then only in connection with the order placed by you or a personal communication during the previous communication between you and us.
